Tell me your business. I send back a one-page audit with three specific gaps, the data behind them, and a 60-day plan, tuned for how customers find you now: the Google map pack and the AI answers they're starting to trust. No pitch attached.
Local SEO, built for the AI era. That means AEO and GEO too: Answer and Generative Engine Optimization, so you're the business AI names when a customer asks for one.
Watch how the rankings climb as the signals improve: reviews, rating, consistency.
Customers find you two ways now.
Most SEO still chases one.
Ranking on page one isn't the finish line anymore. You have to win the Google map pack and get named when someone asks an AI assistant. Both run on the same signals, and I tune for both.
Illustrative example. Win the signals behind both surfaces and you're the answer in each. That's exactly what the audit measures.
A one-page read on where you actually stand.
Real numbers from your actual Google Business Profile plus live competitor data. No fluff, no sales angle. Most land within 24 hours.
- Where you rank for your primary keyword today
- Your three biggest, most closeable gaps
- A 60-day action plan, plus an AI-visibility read

What you'll get back
Here's the format, yours will be specific to your real numbers and the businesses competing with you for top-3 visibility.
Pinecrest Family Dental
Family dentistry · example, not a real prospect
Where you're losing visibility
- Review volume: 12 reviews vs the top-3 average of 87. Google weighs volume heavily, the single biggest closeable gap.
- Rating threshold: 4.1★ sits below where top-3 listings tend to cluster (roughly 4.3★ and up). Leaders here average about 4.8★.
- Local pack position: #9, page 1, but outside the top 3 that capture ~70% of clicks.
Three changes that would move you up
- Review velocity: a structured monthly collection system plus responses to every existing review.
- GBP post + service cadence: Google rewards weekly fresh content; your service list needs to map to specialty searches.
- Citation footprint + NAP alignment: consistent name/address/phone across 30 to 40 directories, a silent ceiling if mismatched.
How this works
The recurring work agencies bill roughly $2,500 to $5,000/mo for (review monitoring, weekly posts, citation cleanup, rank tracking, reporting) is mostly repetitive. Software does repetitive well. Strategy still needs a human.
Discovery + onboarding
You fill out the 5-minute breakdown. I review every submission personally and reply within 24 hours. Week one sets up tracked keywords, your GBP audit, citation baseline, and brand voice.
Automated delivery
Automated systems handle the recurring work: review monitoring + drafted responses, GBP posts in your voice, rank tracking, competitor scans, citation building. On schedule, at your tier's cadence.
Human review + reporting
Nothing publishes without me reviewing it first. On the 1st of every month you get a real progress report: rank changes, review-count delta, what moved, and what's next.
Local SEO in the AI era
AI Overviews answer before anyone scrolls, and more people just ask an assistant to "find me a good dentist nearby." Those answers are built from the same signals as the map pack, so every audit now includes an AI-visibility read.
- Profile + categories, the source of truth an AI reads before it recommends anyone.
- Review velocity, recency & sentiment, what "best [service] near me" answers weigh most.
- Structured data & entity consistency, so machines can parse you and pick you with confidence.
- AI-answer presence, whether you show up when someone asks Google's AI for your service.

A one-person operation, by design.
I'm Jonathan. I run a system of automated routines that handle the rank tracking, review monitoring, content drafting, and reporting, the work most agencies overcharge for and do by hand. That lets me keep prices reasonable and take on more clients than a typical consultant.
This page exists because cold-pitching local businesses on SEO feels gross. I'd rather show you the data, give you a real audit, and let you decide whether you want help executing on it. Most don't. That's fine.
FAQ
You submit your business. My system pulls your current rank, review profile, and the top-3 competitors in your area for your primary keyword. I write up three specific gaps and three specific actions. You get it by email, usually within 24 hours, sometimes within an hour.
Two reasons. First, it's mostly automated, it costs me about a dollar to generate. Second, most cold sales feel terrible because they ask before they give. I'd rather give first. If it's useful and you want help executing, hire me. If not, no harm done.
Yes. The audit logic adapts to any service business with local search demand: vets, med spas, auto shops, real estate agents, gyms, salons, accountants. If your customers find you on Google Maps, the same playbook applies.
For most local-pack improvements: 30 to 90 days. Reviews compound; one strong review month moves the needle. Top-3 ranking changes typically happen in months 2 to 4 once the basics are fixed. Brand-new businesses with no GBP listing roughly double that. I'll be honest about timing in your audit.
Get the audit anyway. Use it to ask your agency hard questions. If they're doing their job, they'll appreciate the second set of eyes. If not, you'll know.
No. The audit comes once. If you don't reply, you'll get one short check-in a week later and one final note a week after that. Then I stop, and you never hear from me again. Three emails total, max.
I optimize your Google Business Profile to Google's own guidelines and never use tactics that put it at risk. But I can't be held responsible for a suspension or ban. Google enforces its profile rules with its own automated systems, it doesn't explain its decisions, and it can suspend any listing at any time, sometimes in error and often with no clear reason. That call is Google's alone and outside my control or anyone else's. If it happens, I'll help you file for reinstatement and push to get you back, but I can't guarantee the outcome or take on liability for Google's action.
Month-to-month only. If I can't keep delivering value, you should be able to leave.
